This information relates to Chart 15, Isaac Paske,
(c1800-) who lived in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire.
Paula Payne has provided me with a marriage in Mathern Church, on 5 May 1814 of Mary Pask & James Lewis. Paula's ancestors Isaac Pask, and Elizabeth Stephens were witnesses. This was a week before they married. Isaac & Mary were cousins. Mary was the daughter of William & Ann Pask née Thomas.
Paula also found in the same church, the marriage of Isaac Pask to Mary Morgan on 16 November 1818. This marriage was witnessed by Thomas Stephens & Mary Lewis [née Pask].
I searched the 1841 census, and found James & Mary Lewis living in Kilgwrrwg, in the household of Ann Pask, aged 84. Living nearby was Isaac's widow Mary Pask [now known to be Mary née Morgan].
This provides us with the missing link that Isaac's mother was Ann Pask née Thomas.
Chart 15, is now merged with Chart 4. Ann Pask née ? #5845, is also merged with Ann Pask née Thomas. This information will be included in the next website update.
Another major brickwall broken. Many thanks Paula.

Descendants of Thomas G. & Beryl Morgan née Pask
This information relates to Chart 15 , the descendants of Isaac Paske, (c1800 - ) who lived in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire.
I heard today from Alison Highet who is researching her husband's ancestors. His grandparents were Thomas G. & Beryl Morgan née Pask. Beryl was born Mynyddslwyn, and was the daughter of Amos Pask, who lived in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire.
Alison has traced her husband's ancestors back to Isaac (b about 1750). Together, I hope that we can find the missing link to connect his to the main Monmouthshire progenitor Isaac Pask, (c1705 - ) who lived in Llanvihangel-ystern-Llewern, Monmouthshire.

Amos & Ann Pask née Evans
This information relates to Chart 15 , the descendants of Isaac Paske, (c1800 - ) who lived in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire.
As a follow on to the previous blog Amos Pask (1862 - 1937), I can confirm that Amos married Ann Evans, not Annie Abigail Morgan, as currently listed on the website. Amanda Haslam's information has enabled me to connect in previously unknown information. Amos & Ann had eight children:
- Olive Pask b. 1895
- Phyllis Pask b. 1896
- Beryl Pask b. 1897
- Myrtle Pask b. 1898, d. 1917
- Idris Evans Pask+ b. 8 Nov 1900, d. 1983
- Kenneth Pask+ b. 5 Nov 1902, d. Feb 1985
- Myfanwy Pask b. 1904, d. 1941
- Eileen Pask b. 20 Jul 1907, d. Mar 1994
Many thanks to Amanda for sharing this information. The next website will contain this latest information.

Amos Pask (1862 - 1937)
This information relates to Chart 15
We received an inquiry on the family of Amos Pask. Amanda Haslam née Jenkins wrote to us today:My grandfathers grandfather was a Amos Pask born 1862, I have no details of where, but died 28.1.1937, at Risca, which I believe is in south Wales. He married Ann Evans (1868-1953) in 1894 at Newport. They had seven children, Olive, Phyllis(my great Grandmother), Beryl, Idris, Kenneth, Myfanwy and Eileen.
Surprisingly, last week Idris was detailed in the blog Idris Evans & Sarah Elsie N. Pask née Talbot.
The information that Amanda has provided is slightly different to the information we currently have. So this needs further investigation. We love a challenge!
Many thanks to Amanda for sharing her information.

Descendants of William & Jane Pask née Harry
This information relates to the red-icon tree - descendants of
Yesterday I was in contact with Patricia Maybrey [Vizor], via Genes Reunited, who is researching the descendants of William & Jane Pask née Harry. We have been in contact with Pat for several years. I am currently cross checking her tree against our database.
I have already found a missing maiden name that helped me identify the marriage in 1873/Q1 of William & Elizabeth Ann Pask née Roberts. In the GRO indexes is was listed as William Park.
Additionally Patricia has detailed a link between Chart 12 and Chart 15. I need to do some more cross checking to establish the link.
