Yesterday I received six marriage transcripts from Peter Copsey of the Guild of One-Name Studies.
They are as a result of the Guild of One-Name Studies (GOONS) Marriage Challenge. The Marriage Challenge is a Guild Project in which volunteers (Challengers) search for marriage entries in the deposited Parish Registers for a particular Registration District (RD) for the period 1837 to 1911.
These six marriages relate to the West Ham Registration District, and include:
- Josiah Thomas Tugwood and Ada Charlotte Pask - 23 December 1893
- Albert Edward Reed and Julia Amelia Pask - 2 May 1898
- David William Lucking and Florence Hannah Pask - 22 November 1899
- Charles Alfred Pask and Isabella Phobe Lawson - 25 December 1904
- Thomas William Pask and Clara Martha Linsell - 29 June 1907
See blog Thomas William & Clara Martha Pask née Linsell. - David Richard Charles Gorman and Charlotte Eliza Pask - 7 August 1909. See blog David Richard Charles Gorman & Charlotte Eliza Pask.
Sincere thanks to Peter for this valuable information. I understand that he had requests for over 2,500 marriages. So we are eternally grateful to him for providing us with these.
Copies of the marriage transcripts, and subsequently identified information will be included in the next website update.
